Statement of faith
My first desire is to proclaim the Gospel to everyone, and only the message of the Gospel, as it is written in the Bible.
Sola scriptura
By Scripture alone
All ideas are drawn from the Bible alone.
“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.”
Commitment — I commit to relying on the Bible for all that I share.
Soli Deo gloria
To God alone be the glory
The Bible calls us to seek the glory of God.
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
Commitment — I am not here to put myself forward, nor to exalt any man, woman, church, work or denomination, but I seek only that God be glorified.
Solus Christus
Christ alone
God has placed all His glory in Jesus Christ. To glorify God, I must therefore proclaim salvation in Jesus Christ.
“When Jesus had spoken these words, He lifted up His eyes to heaven and said: Father, the hour has come; glorify Your Son, that Your Son may glorify You.”
Commitment — My desire is to proclaim the work of God the Father, accomplished by and for Jesus Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Sola fide
By faith alone
The Bible proclaims to us salvation by faith in Jesus Christ.
“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written: The righteous shall live by faith.”
Commitment — I proclaim a salvation by faith and not by works, nor by money, nor by a spiritual gift, nor by belonging to a religion. Faith in Jesus alone, for without this faith it is impossible to please God.
Sola gratia
By grace alone
In the face of perdition because of sin, the Bible proclaims to us a free salvation.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Commitment — I acknowledge that sin is humanity's greatest problem, and that no one has the means to escape the wrath of God. In His grace, God offers us His salvation freely, for Jesus paid it all on the cross.
In light of all this, we await Jesus' return to offer salvation to His beloved, and hell to all who will have denied Him.
